Cape Union Mart International, under its Old Khaki division, is hiring Festive Season Contract Sales Associates in Bloemfontein. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating an inspiring work environment during the busy festive period.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques
• Adhere to stock loss controls in store
• Ensure individual targets are met consistently
• Ability to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
• Create an inspiring work environment and have fun

Qualifications

• Matric or Equivalent
• 6 months of retail experience
• Clear Criminal record
• Proficiency in English
• Honesty in dealing with cash and finances
